Important: Each category has its own set of questions to answer.
Step 4: Fill Out Technical Details (if applicable)
Provide this additional information, which helps our engineers resolve the issue much faster:
- Device Type (Laptop, Desktop, etc.)
- Operating System
- Device Name
- Location (Office, Home, Remote)
- Device usability (Yes / No / Partially)
Step 5: Provide Ticket Details
Enter a clear summary and detailed description of your issue:
- Brief Summary (e.g., Laptop running slow)
- Detailed Description (what is happening, when it started, etc.)
Tip: The more details you provide, the faster we can assist you.
Step 6: Attach a Screenshot (Optional but Recommended)
Please upload an image that illustrates the issue and errors to assist us in diagnosing the problem more quickly.
Step 7: Complete CAPTCHA and Submit
- Enter the CAPTCHA text
- Click Create Ticket
A ticket will be created, and a notification will be sent to your email.
